Perception Does Matter Even With Cardboard Boxes

Perception Does Matter Even With Cardboard Boxes

When it comes to shipping, perception is a big part of the experience of receiving an item.  Our Customer Service team gets asked about the differences in using regular brown (kraft) corrugated boxes versus white corrugated boxes or white easy-fold mailers all the time.

Here are a few differences between what the look could mean and how it can affect your business.

A natural brown corrugated box gives a mix of industrial and all-natural.  Depending on the product you are sending, the prospective client's perception may be better off with a brown box. These boxes are also a little less expensive than the same corresponding size in white.

Your target market may want a cleaner, crisper look and opt for a white corrugated mailer/box, as it offers more of a hygienic look.  The medical, food, and health industries, often prefer this look to the natural brown color on regular corrugated boxes. These boxes cost a little bit more than kraft boxes but may end up being worth it.

There truly are a lot of options, and we are more than happy to help.  Check out our selection of kraft and white shipping boxes and mailers today.
