For use with steel strapping (all regular duty sizes) and pusher seals, our pusher strapping tensioner is designed to tension your strapping for a secure load. Use this strapping tensioner when you have a round or irregular surface on your load to work on top of. (This tool can also be used for flat surfaces but where flat surfaces is your only application, you should use our Feedwheel Tensioner.)
Simple Instructions: First slide a pusher seal on your steel strapping, manually wrap the steel strapping around the load feeding the end of your strap through the seal as well, tighten the top layer steel strap in the seal with our pusher tensioner (listed below), next crimp the seal with a single-notch sealer, and finally cut the excess strapping with our steel strapping cutter.
