• All orders using the Low Price Guarantee must be authorized by our sales department prior to shipping. Do not type the order in using the shopping cart. Please read the instructions below and email us the information.
• The competitor selling the item must have the item in stock and ready to ship today from their own warehouse. No dropshipping.
• The item in question must be the identical size, model, color and brand. No substituting similar items.
• Our Low Price Guarantee is good only for a sale (or sales) to be made. We cannot credit pricing on any previous sales made with our company.
• We will not honor this guarantee for any item sold as limited time sales, closeouts, specials, or auctions.
• Customer must provide competitor's exact web site address for the product they would like us to match or beat via e-mail. We will not honor price matching from a company who cannot show proof of a lower price over the web. We will NOT call the competitor to verify lower prices.
• The competitor's price must not be less than 8% over our manufacturer's in-to-stock distributor cost.
• The competitor must be offering the same value for the entire sale. If their shipping charges are higher and/or they have additional handling charges, that will be added to the entire price matching guarantee.
• We cannot match local free delivery or discounted delivery deals in geographic areas where we do not have our own local delivery service or the product in stock in that area.
